I like how they asked me plenty of questions, to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. On top of it, they taught me a few things here and there, explaining what they were doing at that moment. I really appreciate stuff like that. While they were working, they kept my furniture as clean as possible. I want to take a moment to commend B.K. Electric Services for the timely assistance provided to me as I replaced an older swimming pool pump with a variable speed model. Because of the deadline required for the changeover in order to qualify for a DWP rebate, there was some urgency in the timing of my installation, and right from my first (cold) call to the company I felt that B.K. was committed to helping me meet that goal. The electrician, Liron, was friendly, communicative, and highly efficient  from start to finish on this job, despite some household anomalies that required rapid reevaluation and execution of the plan to run upgraded service to the pool area. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Liron and his assistant, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a household electrical problem to solve. Indeed, should I encounter any more of my own, B.K. will be my first and only call. The service I got was fast, fair, and very thorough–all in all, a great value. Thanks again!

The finished product–you can’t see the harrowing route that the power took to arrive at that pump housing, but suffice to say, it took some electrical artistry to get it there.

Alexis, I wanted to thank you for the five star service I received Sunday afternoon. Sunday afternoon I contacted 7 electricians in the area to have some minor projects completed and all 7 companies were either unavailable or charging double due to it being on the weekend. I find it a bit comical that all seven companies I contacted claim to be operating 7 days a week, but seem to charge more on the weekends. Liron was an absolute pleasure to have in my home and he made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you for your superior customer service and professionalism.
